Director of Organizational Health, Operations, and Learning

Her work is anchored by her faith, intersectionality, and the belief that the well-being, power, and leadership of girls and women of color are critical to transformative change. Prior to G4GC, she worked at NoVo, where she steered the foundation’s first participatory grantmaking opportunity through the Initiative to End Violence Against Girls and Women. Prior to NoVo, she worked at African American Policy Forum, where she led the Breaking the Silence campaign, expanding its reach to the US South and Midwest. She has also served as a health educator, youth organizer, high school teacher, and researcher in Nashville, TN and Philadelphia, PA.

Kyndall studied human and organizational development and Africana studies at Vanderbilt University and earned her masters from the University of Pennsylvania in education and gender studies. She is a certified mindfulness instructor and is training to become a health and wellness coach. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, studying plant medicine, running/walking, and collecting art and cookbooks. While she lives in Brooklyn, NY on traditional Canarsie land, she considers the westside of Chicago and the US South home.
