At Grantmakers for Girls of Color (G4GC), we are striving to create a philanthropic home that follows the leadership of girls, femmes and gender-expansive youth of Color, and invests in their liberation.
Our mission to resource and champion transformative organizing work that dismantles systems of oppression in the U.S. and territories is founded on an infrastructure that reflects our values, including a culture of partnership, healing, reciprocity, and love.
As the only national philanthropic intermediary organization with an explicit focus on girls, femmes and gender-expansive youth of Color, we raise and mobilize resources to support their power and brilliance.

VP of Development
(Full time/exempt; remote in U.S. or Brooklyn, NY)
G4GC is searching for a VP of Development to lead and implement a revenue growth strategy by identifying connections, cultivating relationships, and creating innovative campaigns to engage donors. The right person will be an experienced fundraiser, a strong communicator, and a strategic and collaborative team member. This is a full time/exempt status position, remote or in Brooklyn, NY.
Salary range is $180K to $200K: rolling application deadline is March 31st, 2023.

Digital Communications Associate
G4GC is seeking a Digital Communications Associate to oversee our social media strategies across platforms, and contribute to communications across our work. The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communications skills, 3-5 years of experience in a communications role, ideally at a mission-driven organization with a racial justice lens.
They will have experience managing social media strategies and websites. Experience editing videos and project managing is a plus.
Salary range is $75,000 to $85,000; rolling application deadline is March 17th, 2023.
